Will seasonal decor or style change throughout the year
Yes. Certain areas of the property may evolve seasonally with updated styling, décor, or outdoor landscaping elements.
Can I book recurring sessions?
Yes. We’re happy to discuss recurring bookings and ongoing studio use depending on availability.
Is natural light available throughout the property?
Yes. The studio offers a mix of bright natural light, moodier directional light, and darker editorial-style spaces throughout the property.
Do you provide photography equipment?
We have the following available for your use... A lighting kit, wireless studio flash, and a backdrop stand system We recommend you bring all of your normal equipment you would bring to any shoot to capture your clients
Can furniture be moved?
Yes, only light furniture and décor may be moved carefully during your session. We ask that all items are returned to their original placement before leaving.
Are pets allowed?
Yes - furry friends are welcome with prior approval for a small surcharge. We simply ask that they remain supervised at all times and that all messes are cleaned up immediately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. Sessions canceled more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
What time can I arrive and what should I expect?
Please arrive at your scheduled start time, as sessions are booked back-to-back. You’ll receive lockbox access instructions prior to your session, along with entry details and studio guidelines.
Can I bring my own props and furniture?
Absolutely. We welcome photographers and creatives to style the space to fit their vision. We simply ask that all items are removed at the end of your session and the studio is returned to its original condition.
How many people can attend during a session?
Smaller groups are ideal for the space, but larger groups may be accommodated with advance approval. Additional fees may apply depending on group size.
Are there any accessibility limitations to be aware of?
Yes, as shared, this property is designated as historic by the Town of Greece and the State. The home's architecture remains unchanged; therefore, guests must use three exterior steps to enter the property and a staircase to utilize the upper studios. There is a private stone parking lot that can hold up to 12 vehicles so parking limitations should not be an issue.
Can I use the entire property or just certain rooms?
All bookings include access to the entire property during your reserved rental time unless otherwise discussed in advance. We recommend planning your shoot list in advance to maximize your time.
Is food or catering allowed?
Light snacks and beverages are welcome. Full catering, cooking equipment, or large food setups must be approved in advance.
Do you offer extended hours or overnight access?
Extended rental times may be available depending on the schedule. Overnight access is not currently offered.
